I get all of my protein powders from @GNC Live Well ! Ingredients (3 servings) ⬇️ 1 cup reduced fat milk 2 scoops GNC AMP cookies and cream protein powder ➡️ stir 1.5 cup vanilla Greek yogurt 2 tbsp cookies and cream jello 2 tbsp cheesecake jello ➡️ stir 6 tbsp whipped cream 60g crushed sandwich cookies (30g in the mixture, 30g crushed on the bottom of container) 1 tbsp whipped cream cheese 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 tbsp brown sugar (optional) ➡️ stir 💡If you want the cookies to be more crunchy (not soggy), add them in right before eating 💡Double the recipe ingredients if you want 6 servings for the week!
