One of the things I’m really proud of is my exercise demo videos! I’m proud that I invest time in filming and editing exercise demo videos for my online clients.  And I continue to add exercise videos to my library! That way, I know my client is doing it how I would coach it in person. This ensures that when they get their individualized programs, they also get access to my exercise videos. So that way, they never have to worry about doing an exercise wrong. They can minimize the risk of injury & maximize the movement to get the most out of the exercise and, in turn, their program.
