We had such a great time at Everbowl New Tampa. They have the best bowls! We loved that we could choose one of their bowl recipes that they had, or we could make our own by choosing different ingredients.   We got to meet the owner Benjamin, he was so nice and inspiring.  We all chose different bowls so we could all try them. We seriously loved them all! so much flavor and did I mention they were healthy too? recipe⬇️⬇️⬇️ 3 bell peppers  cut off tops and place in 8x8 baking dish and bake at 400 for 25 min stuffing 1.3 lb ground turkey or beef 1/2 onion chopped 3 garlic cloves minced 1-2 tomatoes depending on size (chopped) 1 tsp salt 1 tsp paprika 1/2 t oregano  cook down until meat is browned and drain add 15oz can tomato sauce  1 T maple syrup  take bell peppers out of the oven and stuff meat sauce in cooked bell peppers - remainder can go on the bottom of the pan. top off with 1 c shredded cheese. bake at 400 for another 10 minutes #stuffedbellpeppers #easydinnerideas #easydinnerrecipes #healthydinner #animalbased #animalbaseddinner #healthyrecipes #healthfood
