Digestive issues, anxiety, depression, panic attacks, acne, exhaustion, painful periods, frequently getting sick.. My passion comes from recognizing the fact that a majority of us live in a sick care system We’re so used to constantly never feeling well Constantly being put on medication Taking Advil like it’s candy Needing to rely on caffeine to get through the day Being told the only fix to bad periods is to be put on bc etc etc etc You experience a symptom, you take something, quick fix, and the cycle continues, almost as if not feeling well has become so normalized SO much our health is in our hands, and it’s so much more simple than it’s made out to be. It can be super overwhelming seeing so many different diets and wellness trends on here but basics are key - Food can be our best medicine, or our biggest form of poison. Start flipping over your ingredient lists. Ask yourself, “does this make sense?” Start swapping out one thing at a time. Get back to the basics. More whole, nutrient dense foods. More listening to your body. More sunshine. More movement. Move daily activities that regulate your nervous system. You’re meant to FEEL GOOD!!! and your body is capable of doing so, given half a chance ❤️
