SLOW COOKER TACO SOUP 🌮♨️ This cozy, comfort meal is so satisfying! Add all the taco toppings you want and enjoy☺️  INGREDIENTS: Taco seasoning- -2 tsp chili powder -1 tsp garlic powder -1 tsp cumin -1/2 tsp onion powder -1/2 tsp dried oregano -1/2 tsp paprika -1 tsp salt -1/4 tsp pepper Soup- -2 lbs extra lean ground beef -1 small onion, diced -3 tsp minced garlic -8 oz. 1/3 fat cream cheese, softened -1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped -2 10 oz. cans Rotel with green chiles -4 cups beef broth -Toppings of choice (I used shredded cheese, jalapeños, and diced avocado) DIRECTIONS: 1. Mix the seasonings together in a small bowl to make the taco seasoning blend. 2. Cook ground beef in a skillet with diced onion and garlic over medium heat. Drain the grease. 3. Add the taco seasoning to the meat mixture and stir. Add the cream cheese and stir to melt. 4. Transfer the mixture from the pan to a slow cooker. Add the cilantro, Rotel, and beef broth. Stir and cook on high for 2 hours. 5. Serve with your choice of toppings. I used to love going through Panda Express in college 🤣 Now I love recreating my old favs in a way that suits my low carb lifestyle! INGREDIENTS: -2 lbs beef sirloin, thinly sliced -1/4 cup beef broth -1/2 cup soy sauce (or tamari) -1 tbsp minced ginger -2 tsp minced garlic -2 tbsp sesame oil -1 tbsp sugar-free sweetener -4 cups broccoli florets DIRECTIONS: 1. Slice beef and broccoli then set aside. 2. Add the sliced beef, soy sauce, beef broth, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, and sweetener to the crockpot. 3. Cook on low for 4-6 hours until the beef is tender. 4. Add the broccoli florets during the last 30 minutes of cooking. 5.
