MC CHICKEN DUPE CALORIES AND MACROS 193 calories per patty 4g carb 5g fat 36g protein (this recipe made 6 patties) INGREDIENTS: - 4 large chicken breast (I food processed mine but you can also use lean ground chicken to make your life easier- 2 small packs for this recipe size) - 1 table spoon paprika - 1 tsp cayenne - 1 table garlic powder - 1 table onion powder - salt & pepper - 4 cup corn flakes - low cal burger buns (I used Potato buns) - 1 tbsp light mayo per burger - shredded lettuce   INSTRUCTIONS:   1. mix lean ground chicken (or food processed chicken breast) spices listed above   2. form into 6-6oz patties   3. Blend corn flakes and coat each patty   4. place on baking tray & spray with light olive oil   5. bake 400f for 14-16 minutes   6. place on low cal burger bun with 1tbsp light mayo & lettuce   7.
