I do make another version often with sourdough discard I can post as well. full recipe below to easily screenshot! 🤎 In mixing bowl combine: 3/4 cup of ap flour 1/2 tsp salt 3 tbsp butter 6oz or 1 cup cheese 1-2 tbsp water mix together until everything is well incorporated and crumbly. knead with your hands to form into a dough, add to piece of plastic wrap. flatten and form to a square like shape. wrap and set in fridge for 30 minutes. split in two and add to floured parchment papers. roll out as thing as possible and cut into squares. brush with with oil and create a whole in the middle of each piece. sprinkle with sea salt and bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes until cripsy and hard. eat the whole bowl in one night 😝 #homemadefood #homemadecheeseitz #cheezits #cheezitcrackers #homemakertiktok #homemadekitchenrestock #foodfromscratch #kidssnacks #homemadesnacks #snacksfromscratch #crunchymom #healthykidssnacks
