here are 3 things I do daily to balance my hormones as a girl in her late 20s ❤️‍🩹 I went through @Nava Health to do a DUTCH test which is the most comprehensive reading of your hormones. It’s a test I’d recommend to anyone especially if you feel you’re experiencing any hormonal imbalances, or looking to start a family in the future. I did 4 urine samples on day 22 of my cycle, sent them in & got a customized protocol to help get me to “optimal” ranges.  1️⃣ food first, caffeine second — cortisol is highest first thing in the morning & pouring coffee on an empty stomach not only spike cortisol further but also messes up your digestion & increases blood sugar.  2️⃣ daily sunlight & 8 hours of rest — helps naturally boost your testosterone (good for both men & women) = more energy  3️⃣ balanced meal & limiting added/artificial sweeteners — protein with each meal, prioritizing micronutrients & avoiding crap.
