Between having a baby and loosing a lot of weight my booty is now MIA😭  This time next year I’ll be a new lady though, don’t you worry😘 -Cable Kickbacks 3 sets 12-15 each leg (go up in weight each set)  -Goblet Squats (heavy!) 4 sets 15,12,12,10  -Glute Bridges (heavy!
