This might ruffle some feathers, but so be it. Men, you need to remember that Ozempic and TRT will come with side effects. Especially Ozempic. It’s been around as a drug for decades and was only recently approved to be so easily available. Just do a quick search on the side effects. I’m not trying to scare you, but maybe what you need is a realistic and moderate fitness plan. If that fails and you gave it your best and decide to try TRT or Ozempic, no judgement from me. I do have clients on both. Now, I design ALL of my programs for myself and my clients that are incredibly realistic and very easy to sustain over months and years. I expect only 3 strength sessions per week of 30-40 minutes, or 4 strength sessions per week of 20-30 minutes. Aside from that, plenty of walking. That’s it. That will grow all the muscle you need as you get stronger over time. The rest comes down to diet for fat loss to reveal the muscle. And believe it or not, you don’t need anything extreme or restrictive. All of my clients eat plenty of carbs, and other tasty foods like ribeye steaks, hamburgers, potato’s, and much more.
