Iβm a fitness coach but I also LOVE a good rot day π΄πΊ I love a Saturday morning that starts with absolutely nothing on my to do list. I sleep in, take my pup for a lil walk, but then I come right back home, put my sweats on, make my coffee and breakfast (chicken sausage, eggs, the best high protein staples!!!) π³ and spend the rest of the day relaxing on the couch and just fullyyy unwinding (watching new girl ofc) I love to give myself that time once a week to not worry about being active or trying to hit my 10k goal, just relax, make a yummy meal, and CHILL TF OUT! So instead of stressing about hitting my step goal every single day of the week, I focus on my STEP AVERAGE for the week. (Some of my clients who work desk jobs use this method too) πΆπ»ββοΈπΆπ»ββοΈπΆπ»ββοΈ Some days Iβm hitting 12-14k steps, other days Iβm hitting 7-8k. I try to make my average/total steps for the week roughly 70,000! So now you can go enjoy your chill weekend βrotβ, relax, rewatch your fave show and breatheee sister. ππ§π»ββοΈ You donβt have to be perfect 24/7 to reach your goals and feel confident in your skin. π₯° What your rot day comfort movie or tv show? New Girl or the Office is gonna be my go to every time
