Ingredients👇 • Salmon filet • Corn flakes • Egg • Short grain rice • Mirin • Paprika • Chili podwer • Onion powder • Soy sauce • Mayo • Olive oil • Spray oil • Sweet chilli sauce • Cucumber • Green onion • Avocado • Seaweed • Sesame seeds Instructions👇 Salmon preparation: Cube your salmon filet into 1.5in thick cubes. Coat in olive oil, soy sauce, and seasonings listed above — Coat cubes in egg, then fully cover in crushed cornflakes (Spray with neutral oil for extra crispiness) — Airfry at 370°F for 7 minutes. Sauce preparation: Add mayo, sweet chili sauce, and soy sauce into a bowl. Mix until fully combined. Rice preparation: Rinse 2 cups of short grain white rice until water runs clear — Add to rice cooker with a little less than double the amount or water. Cook for 20 min (dont stir) — Remove from heat and add a few splashes of mirin — Mix until fluffy. Plate with cucumber, seaweed, and green onion! 😊
