I had sooo many questions about weighted vests before I got one of my own. Now I see what all the hype is about! I wear my 8 lb vest for longer cardio sessions like walks, rebounding and household chores (and even line dancing) I actually do wear the 16 lb vest for shorter walks as I’m getting my body used to the heavier weight. Are you trying to incorporate protein in your diet?  Let me show you how:  1 cup of Steel cut oats  1 protein shake of your liking 1 c of water or Fairlife milk!  Bring your water and your shake to a slow boil, adding your steel cut out slowly and stirring constantly. Cook until the consistency that you like. You can add Stevia for sweetness. Cranberry orange compote  One bag of cranberries  Of one cup of Stevia  One pack of sugar-free orange Jell-O  One cup of sugar-free orange juice  1 teaspoon of vanilla  place all ingredients in a small sauce pan, on medium to low heat bring to a boil. Until all your cranberries have burst open. Stir well and add vanilla and set aside to get jam like. I used to start January off pushing my body so hard that I was burnt out and in pain by February.  Which meant I had no energy or motivation left when spring came - and that’s the season where my body should have been “waking up” from winter and craving movement.  When I finally learned to pace myself and do what feels RIGHT for my body, I was able to spend MORE days working out and less days recovering from injury.
