First up, theĀ couch stretch with hamstring floss. This oneā€™s a double whammyā€”it stretches your hip flexors (which get super tight from sitting)Ā andĀ your hamstrings while moving your knee through flexion and extension. Translation: itā€™s like hitting the reset button for your lower body. Do 20 reps, then hold the stretch for a minute. Next,Ā hip swivels. These areĀ crucialĀ because they target your hipā€™s internal and external rotatorsā€”muscles that often get ignored but are essential for movement.
