I’m gonna tell you something that I WISH someone told me on my journey!!!  IT IS WORKING & just because you don’t see it right now doesn’t mean it’s not there! 😭🔥 I promise you every single day you’re lifting you’re building a body underneath that once you get to a lower body fat % it will all be revealed. In these first few clips that was me over a year into weight training and after I had lost about 70-80lbs. I was currently training a friend of mine as she had wanted to lose about 20-30lbs and it was so discouraging (but of course awesome lol) to see her quickly see muscle definition while I was sitting there doing the same workouts and not seeing anything at all. It was until I eventually hit around 28% body fat for me to start seeing a ton of definition but when I hit under 23% it was MIND BLOWING!! I couldn’t even believe how cut I was and it was by far the best reward and 100% worth the wait. I had lost 120lbs naturally all from weight training and eating high protein / carbs and my body now clearly shows that - so babes just give up! Keep pushing hard and you will see all of it eventually pay off one day! 💪🏻 I have said this a million times but I’ll say it again, WEIGHT TRAINING is the best thing you ever could do for your body especially when losing a large amount of body fat like I had too.
