Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Footballs: Makes 14 1 cup organic peanut butter 1/3 cup + 3 Tbsp organic coconut flour 1/4 cup organic maple syrup 1/4 cup melted refined coconut oil 2 tsp alcohol free vanilla extract 1/4 tsp salt of choice Optional: 1 scoop @Truvani vanilla protein powder Chocolate Coating: 1 1/2 cup @hukitchen no sugar added chocolate chips 1/2 cup mini white chocolate chips 2 tsp refined coconut oil Instructions 1. Mix peanut butter, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract in bowl until smooth and combined 2. Add in coconut flour, salt, and vanilla protein powder if using, and mix 3. Refrigerate the dough for at least 30 minutes 4. Scoop out dough using an ice cream scoop, roll into a ball, then form into footballs, place on lined baking dish, freeze for 15-20 minutes 5. Melt chocolate and white chocolate in separate bowls with 1 tsp coconut oil for each 6. Using a fork, dip footballs in melted chocolate, tap off excess chocolate, and add to a lined baking sheet, and refrigerate to allow the chocolate to set for a few minutes 7. Add melted white chocolate to a squeeze bottle or a zip lock bag and snip off the corner of bag 8. Create the football stiching by adding a line down the middle (vertically) and refrigerate to allow the chocolate to set for a few minutes 9. Then create smaller lines across horizontally and refrigerate until the chocolate is set 10. Keep stored in an airtight container in freezer . .
