A must try recipe for any date night 🌹💚 Ingredients✨ •1 pouch Palmini Angel Hair •2 tbsp butter •1/2 minced yellow onion •1 tbsp minced garlic •2 tbsp tomato paste •1/2 cup heavy cream •Seasonings (red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, Smoked paprika, Italian seasoning) •Mozzarella cheese How to✨ •Start by melting your butter in a pan over medium heat. •Once the butter is melted, add your chopped onions and minced garlic to the pan. •Sauté the onions and garlic until they start to shrink in size and become fragrant. •Next, add your tomato paste to the pan and sauté it with the onions and garlic until everything is well mixed. •Pour in your heavy cream and add your preferred seasonings to the pan. •Stir everything together until a creamy sauce begins to form. •Now, add Palmini Angel Hair, followed by mozzarella cheese. •Mix everything together until the cheese is melted and the sauce is well combined with the pasta. This lunch is easy to make when I have cooked chicken on hand and Palmini in my pantry!  Here’s the recipe: 1 bag Palmini angel hair  2 servings frozen vegetables (I use fire roasted mistura from Costco) 4oz pre cooked chicken breast Peanut sauce: Mix together 3 tablespoons GHughes Sweet Chili sauce, 1 tablespoon PBfit, 1 tablespoon soy sauce and water to thin.  I just heated the veggies, Palmini and chicken in the microwave and added the peanut sauce.  You can also just heat in a pan with a little spray oil. Who said you have to give up comfort food? 👀🔥 Ingredients: o 1 Pouch Palmini Lasagna o 1 lbs. ground beef o ½ white onion cubed o 1 tsp. minced garlic o 1 tbsp. tomato paste o 1 cup tomato sauce o 1 cup parmesan cheese (shredded) o 2 cups ricotta cheese o 1 cup mozzarella cheese o ½ cup chopped parsley o 1 egg o 1 tsp. dry oregano • Recipe o ⁠In a skillet, drizzle olive oil and sautee chopped onions and garlic until fragrant. Add the ground beef and break apart. o Season with oregano and salt, then add the tomato paste and sauce, and mix well. Set aside. o In a bowl, mix the ricotta, parmesan, and mozzarella cheeses. Add in the egg and parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside. o In a baking tray, layer your ground beef, lasagna sheet, and cheese mixture. Repeat until you have three layers. 🫕 Low-Carb Mug Lasagna for One  Does anyone else randomly crave lasagna? If so, you’ll love that you can enjoy a single serving portion in a fun to eat mug in just minutes that just happens to be WAAAY lower in carbs & calories! 🙌🏼  My secret is Palmini lasagna noodles! I’ve been using them for years and they are still my favorite! They’re naturally low in calories and carbs because they’re just the vegetable hearts of palm, but they’re sliced thin just like lasagna noodles, and after you boil them they have the same texture as real pasta with a mild, delicious flavor! Just drain, rinse, boil for 10 to 15 minutes, then drain and use in your lasagna! For the mug lasagna I cut my Palmini into squares and strips to fit my mug, then layered the noodles with browned ground beef that I seasoned with garlic & onion powder, salt  pepper, & cayenne, low sugar marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.  Once you’ve layered to the top, stick in the microwave 2 to 3 minutes or until hot and bubbly and all of the cheese is melted. If you prefer a browned top you can also do this in the air fryer or stick it under the broiler for a minute to finish. I like mine super cheesy and gooey so I eat it right out of the microwave. There are so many other fun dishes you can make with Palmini lasagna besides just lasagna too, like fun roll ups, you can cut them into strips and make Asian style noodles, cut in squares as a dumpling replacement in chicken soup, the possibilities are endless!
