Elevate your salad with the satisfying crunch of crispy Palmini rice, a 4-carb, 20-calorie game-changer that adds texture without guilt.💚 Ultimate Detox Salad Fiber & Greens •1 package Palmini rice (recipe for crispy rice on my Insta.) •2 cups kale, finely chopped (stems removed) •1 cup shredded red cabbage •1 cup arugula or watercress (for liver detox support) Veggies, liver support •2 spring onions chopped •1 cup broccoli, finely chopped •1 cup cauliflower, finely chopped •1 cup Brussels sprouts, shredded Antioxidants & Hydration •1/2 cup cucumber, diced •1/2 cup grated beetroot (steamed or raw) •1 Tlbs fresh parsley, chopped •1 Tlbs fresh cilantro, chopped Healthy Fats •1/2 avocado, diced •2 tbsp flaxseeds or chia seeds •2 tbsp hemp hearts Optional Boosts •1/4 cup sunflower seeds •1/4 cup fermented veggies (like sauerkraut) for gut health Detox Dressing: •3 tbsp olive oil (supports bile flow for digestion) •2 tbsp fresh lemon juice (alkalizing and vitamin C-rich) •1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (aids digestion) •1 tbsp tahini (rich in magnesium) •1 tsp grated fresh ginger (anti-inflammatory and digestion-enhancing) •1 clove garlic, minced (antimicrobial and detoxifying) •1/4 tsp turmeric powder (optional for anti-inflammatory benefits) •Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: •Massage the kale with a half a squeeze of lemon, a drizzle of olive oil. & a pinch of salt for 2 minutes to soften it.
