3 of my go-to moves for knee injuries (& preventing them!) 🫡 aim for 3-5 sets of 10-20 reps each. If you’re recovering from knee pain, make a goal to do some rehab work at least 3x per week. If you’re pain free and are in the “injury prevention” stage, 1-2x per week is great 👍🏼
