pelvicfloortherapy hashtag performance

#pelvicfloortherapy promotes awareness of pelvic health, emphasizing strength, rehabilitation, and wellness. Content includes exercises, education, support, intimate wellness, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, issues like incontinence, and empowerment through healing and self-care.
When people hear “pelvic floor strength” they pretty much only think “kegels”. This is unfortunate because pelvic floor strength and function can be trained far beyond what kegels are capable of. Don’t get me wrong - kegels are helpful. But here’s what to also consider. —— #pelvicfloor #pelvicfloorexercises #pelvicfloorphysicaltherapy #pelvicfloordysfunction #pelvicfloorhealth #pelvicfloorpt #pelvicfloortherapy

This could be life changing ⤵️ ✅ Drop DRY in the comments and I will send you the link to my free pelvic floor training. ✅Comment: Community to join the membership where I teach you how! The biggest mistake I see people make when trying to stop leaking urine is just incorporating kegels or just incorporating limiting the water intake. You being focused on one intervention when the problem is a multi system issue. Even with consistency, you will not stop leaking urine if you are not looking at nutrition, hydration, exercise, and nervous system regulation. Here’s some truth- ⬇️ I have a secret super power for helping women stop leaking urine. It’s 2024- NO MORE BELIEVING LEAKING URINE IS NORMAL. If you leak urine- which means your day is interrupted by pads, frequent toilet trips and saying not to your. favorite things, you don’t have to do live life this. (Just like my client Shelia, who stopped leaking urine and sleeping through the night in 8 weeks after 42 years of leaking. 🔥) 🥳🥳 ✅COMMENT: DRY And let’s create a life of no more urine leakage. Pregnant mamas!! Save this video for yourself or send to your pregnant friends! KT tape has helped my pregnancy pain SO much! It seems crazy that tape can help but I actually prefer it over my belly band because it lasts for days vs. having to take the band off when you use the restroom, sit, or sleep. It has helped with my Symphysis pubis dysfunction (SPD or pelvic girdle pain) and it releases a lot of the pressure down there. *make sure to apply it to clean dry skin & if you have any hair on your stomach- even peach fuzz- shave it first!!! The tape is hard to remove & can be painful. When you’re ready to take the tape off saturate it with oil and let it sit for a few minutes before you try to remove anything. Removing it in the shower can help too. My pelvic floor therapist cuts her own tape or you can purchase the pre cut- your choice. If you cut your own be sure to round the edges- she said it helps the tape stay on better. . . . #pregnancytips #pregnant #pregnantbelly #pelvicfloortherapy #pregnancypains #Symphysispubisdysfunction #kttape #bellyband #pregnancy

my number one tip is always to find moments to connect. find those moments outside of parenthood, so that you feel that intimacy with your partner before the bedroom is even on your radar #pelvicfloor #postpartum #postpartumrecovery #pelvicfloortherapy
