πππ Recipe below ππΌ Pizza Chicken over Protein Pasta What youβll need: 2 chicken breasts, sliced thin into 2 pieces each Salt to taste Pepper to taste Italian seasoning to taste 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp butter 3 cloves minced garlic 24oz jar of your favorite marinara sauce 1/4 cup grated Parmesan 32 slices pepperoni 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Your favorite protein pasta Cook your protein pasta of choice according to the package directions. seasoning your chicken well on both sides with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning . And a large skillet over medium high heat add the olive oil and butter. Once the butter is melted, add the chicken cutlets into the pan, searing on both sides, and cooking all the way through. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside. Reduce the heat to medium. Add the garlic into the pan and stir letting that cook until fragrant about 30 seconds. Add the marinara sauce and Parmesan cheese. Stir let that heat until bubbly, then nestle the chicken back into the sauce. Top each piece of chicken with eight slices of pepperoni and 1/4 cup of the mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle on a little bit more Italian seasoning, then cover the pan with a lid until the cheese is melted. Serve the sauce and pizza chicken over the protein pasta. Enjoy!
