Ingredients: 1 cup all purpose flour 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 1 cup non-fat plain greek yogurt (227 g) 1 whole egg   Chili crunch seasoning or everything bagel seasoning, optional Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 375 F and line  baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add in the greek yogurt and stir together until the dough forms. 3. Lightly grease or dust a counter surface with flour and set down the dough. Knead for just a minute to fully combine everything. Form into a small circle and cut into 4 equal nieces. Roll each piece and form bagel. 4. Make a quick egg wash by whisking the egg in a small bowl. You literally cannot tell it’s a protein latte- the texture or taste isn’t affected!! I love it. + I have the written recipe for you below🤍 CHAI RECIPE👇  1 cup Filtered water  1 tsp organic chai powder (I use blue lotus 3 tbsp grassfed gelatin (I use @perfectsupplements ) 2 tbsp raw bee juice (or any sweetener you like) 1 cup raw 🥛 or any kind Pinch of sea salt 1/2 tbsp coconut oil 1 scoop vanilla colostrum (optional) 1. Get a small pot, add your water, chai powder, gelatin, and any add in’s you’d like (I do 125 mg of saffron powder) 2. Turn on medium heat. Stir until the gelatin powder is totally dissolved. Gelatin when hot is undetectable!! Which makes it perfect because it doesn’t change the taste or texture of your latte! 3. Add a cup of your milk, bee juice, sea salt and coconut oil. Whisk until frothy. I only heat until it’s the perfect drinking temp. Overheating gets rid of enzymes and nutrients!  4. Enjoy while hot!
