Make garlic sauce – Blend ½ cup Greek yogurt, ¼ cup mayo, 2-3 garlic cloves, juice of 1 lemon, 1 tbsp olive oil, ½ tsp salt, and ½ tsp sumac in a food processor. Thin with 1 tbsp cold water if needed. Finish & serve – Drizzle garlic sauce over the dip and sprinkle with sumac and Aleppo pepper.
