French dip sliders might be the best sliders I’ve made. These were so good! Recipe ⤵️ Au Jus: * Melt 3 tbsp butter over medium low heat, add in 1 sweet onion and cook for 15-20 minutes until the onions caramelize (stirring occasionally so the onions don’t burn) * Once the onions have caramelized, add in 2 cups of beef broth (the better quality = the better flavor) * Add 1 sprig of rosemary, 1 tbsp Worcestershire and salt and pepper to taste * Simmer for 10 minutes and then strain through a fine mesh strainer Sliders: * Sauté 2 diced onion for 3-5 minutes until the start to softened * Add 2lb of shaved ribeye, seasoning with salt and pepper * Add @KING’S HAWAIIAN original Hawaiian slider buns to the griddle to toast * Chop the ribeye up finely, adding the onions back in once the steak is almost done cooking * Add Swiss cheese or white American cheese on top to melt * Add to the bottom half of the sliders, topping with the top buns and this is ready to serve with the au jus * Dunk and enjoy!
