Crockpot Creamy Chicken and Noodles is easy to make and kid approved! INGREDIENTS 1 lb chicken breasts 1/2 tsp each of salt, pepper, oregano, and thyme 1 tsp each of paprika, onion powder, garlic powder 1 tbsp minced garlic 1 cup chopped carrots 1 cup chopped celery 1 small diced onion 10 oz can cream of chicken soup 1 cup chicken broth 8-10 oz of medium egg noodles 1/2 cup heavy cream INSTRUCTIONS Chop an onion, 1 cup of celery, and 1 cup of carrots. Be sure not to cut the carrots too thick. Set aside. Spray a crockpot with cooking spray and add 1 lb of chicken breasts. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, thyme, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Add 1 tbsp of minced garlic. Next, add the chopped onions, carrots, and celery. Pour in one can of cream of chicken soup and 1 cup of chicken broth. Stir everything together. Cover and cook on low for about 6 hours. Once the chicken is fully cooked and the carrots have softened, boil 8-10 oz of medium egg noodles following the directions on the package. Drain egg noodles well once cooked. Remove the chicken and cut it up into small cubes or shred it with two forks. Add the chicken back to the crockpot and stir well. Add the cooked egg noodles and about 1/2 cup of heavy cream. Stir and top with dried parsley. Season to taste with salt and pepper if needed. Enjoy! #chickenandnoodles #EasyRecipe #dinner #chickenrecipes #crockpot #mealideas

Cheesy Stuffed Shells with ground beef are pretty easy to make and so good! INGREDIENTS 12 oz box jumbo shells 1 lb ground beef 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper 1 tsp each paprika and Italian seasoning 1 onion, chopped 1 tbsp minced garlic 24 oz jar marinara 20 oz ricotta cheese 1 egg 1 tsp each dried parsley and garlic powder 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese 1 cup mozzarella cheese Dried parsley INSTRUCTIONS Bring a large pot of water to a boil and boil jumbo shells according to the directions on the box. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 lb of ground beef, a chopped onion, and season it with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Once the beef is browned, remove any extra grease, and add 1 tbsp of minced garlic. Add the jar of marinara sauce and let simmer on low. Once the shells are cooked, drain them and let them cool off for a few minutes. In a bowl, add about 20 oz of ricotta (I used over half of a 32oz container), an egg, Parmesan cheese, and season with garlic powder, and parsley. Stir together well. Use a spoon to carefully fill the shells with the ricotta mixture I did 1 1/2- 2 spoonfuls in each shell. I didn’t use all of the shells in this recipe. I used 21 of the shells to fill a 12 inch cast iron skillet. Once all of the shells have been filled place them in the skillet with the meat sauce. If you aren’t using an oven safe skillet transfer the sauce to a 9x13 baking dish. Press the shells down into the meat sauce and top the dish with mozzarella cheese. Bake in the oven at 400 degrees F for 25 minutes. I bake mine uncovered because my family likes the edges of the pasta and cheese to get a little crispy, if you don’t then cover the dish with aluminum foil. Once the cheese is melted, top with dried parsley and enjoy! #EasyRecipes #stuffedshells #dinner #mealideas #pasta #Recipe

White Chicken Enchiladas are an easy and delicious dinner! INGREDIENTS 1 lb chicken, cooked & shredded 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper 1 tsp each cumin, garlic powder, and dried cilantro 2 tsp chili powder 2 cups Chihuahua Cheese Fajita size flour tortillas (I used 11) 3 tbsp butter 3 tbsp flour 2 cups chicken broth 1 cup sour cream 4 oz green chiles Cilantro for topping INSTRUCTIONS In a large bowl, combine 1 lb of cooked and shredded chicken and 1 cup of shredded Chihuahua cheese. Season with salt, pepper, cumin, garlic powder, dried cilantro, and chili powder. Stir together well to make sure the seasoning gets well incorporated with the chicken. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture into a fajita size flour tortilla and roll it up tight. Place enchiladas in a greased 9X13 baking dish. I used 11 fajita size flour tortillas. Once all tortillas are in the baking dish, it’s time to make the sauce. Over medium heat, melt 3 tbsp of butter in a large skillet. Add 3 tbsp of flour and let cook for about 1 minute stirring constantly. Add 2 cups of chicken broth and stir until the mixture thickens. Remove the pan from the heat and add about 1 cup of sour cream and 1 small can of green Chiles (not drained). Stir well. Pour the white sauce over the enchiladas and top the enchiladas with about 1 more cup of shredded cheese. Bake in the oven uncovered at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes. You can also broil the enchiladas at the end for just a minute or two. Top with fresh cilantro and serve! Enjoy! NOTES -I used shredded Chihuahua cheese, but you could use Monterey Jack or Pepper Jack cheese instead. -You could use a taco seasoning packet instead of the seasoning blend I used. -I used 11 fajita size flour tortillas and they fit perfectly in a 9X13 baking dish. -Using rotisserie chicken would make this recipe even easier! #EasyRecipes #enchiladas #dinner #mealideas #Recipe #chicken
