Unlocking Lips: What Your Face Reveals And Why People Get Lip Enhancement Done Well once again we've been talking about faces our entire life. Because every book we ever read So if you've ever heard the phrase keep a stiff upper lip. We say that to someone we want them to be stoic. They've been sharing too much information. So when you start looking at people and employees look at the first 2 here. See how they have thinner upper lips When somebody has a stiff or flatter upper lip don't ask a lot of personal questions too fast because they'll feel like you violated their safety zone. So if you see somebody who has a flatter upper lip give them time (to open up). And when they start sharing information then open it wide open. What do you think the number one plastic surgery is right now or cosmetic surgery is? Lip enhancement/fillers It's an Affect/Effect thing So people will go if they have a thinner upper lip and they increase the size of their upper lip. Both physically and mentally they feel and become more approachable to us. And if you don't think this is true go and find women in their eighties and nineties who will draw larger lips with lipstick than they actually have. So we know subconsciously think we have a fuller upper lip we're more approachable. And so when people go and have that surgery done all of a sudden people start treating them differently. So that's the AFFECT that they had done and then the EFFECT is people treat them differently. So our faces are constantly changing all the time There's 43 muscles in the face the mind creates movement movement creates muscle. You don't have to have plastic surgery done You can do things like smile more talk more The reason for flatter upper lips it starts with genetics but if we do lip suppression it flattens them out even more. And that's why sometimes when somebody leaves a bad relationship or a job they hated where they weren't allowed to have a voice and we see them we say “YOU LOOK LIKE A BRAND NEW PERSON” because they do! They start doing different facial movements and their faces adjust over time You guys ever want to see shoot me an email I'll send you a picture of me at 18 versus 38 to completely different people. Oh for gentlemen I recommend here trim so we can see your upper lip. I know I've given some people in this room or advice Jim McCarthy so that we can see your upper lip Because if not then we think it must be a flatter upper lip. For women, lipsticks has been a thing lip gloss you name it you guys have all those tools. #upperlip #lipenhancement #stiffupperlip #decodingfaces #learntoreadfaces #physiognomy #softskills #basics #briangalke #keynotespeaker
