If you’re craving ramen, but you’re gluten-free and dairy-free, this recipe is for you! It’s made with simple and more wholesome ingredients than your typical ramen, but it’s still bursting with flavor! The best part is that it’s so easy to make. You can also customize it with any toppings you love 🫶🏻 Ingredients 1 tsp avocado oil 1 tbsp ginger 2 cloves garlic 1 tbsp green onions 3 cups broth 1/2 cup coconut aminos 2 cakes gluten-free ramen noodles Toppings 1 sheet nori 1 carrot, sliced 1 jammy egg 1 chicken breast, cooked 1 tbsp green onions, chopped Chop the garlic, green onions and ginger. Add the garlic, ginger and green onion to an oiled pan and cook on low-medium heat until lightly browned. Pour in broth and coconut aminos and bring to a boil. Add in ramen noodles and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until soft. Waking up and immediately having coffee is normalized yes, but not beneficial for our circadian rhythms aka our body’s biological clock. January is here and the produce is GOOD 👏🏼 let’s try to make delicious, healthy, balanced homecooked meals this month with all of these delicious seasonal produce. ✨Produce Spotlight this Month✨ 1️⃣ Artichokes: Artichokes make for a great source prebiotics, aka food for your gut bacteria.  2️⃣ Cabbage: Cabbage is a great source of vitamin K and vitamin C, but it’s also a source of glucosinolates. (huh?!)  3️⃣ Potatoes:  Potatoes like russet potatoes or sweet potatoes make for a good source of fiber, which is key for our digestive health and our heart health.  4️⃣ Lemon: Besides this, squeezing lemon onto foods or using the zest of a lemon provides your body with vitamin C and antioxidants.  5️⃣ Orange: Oranges make for good sources of thiamine and folate, both B vitamins that support our body’s ability to produce energy and produce red blood cells. THE most important read of 2025 ⬇️♥️ When you to try to create the “perfect” routine, and then suddenly fall out of it because you had one imperfect day, that is going to set you back into your prior negative health habits you had before.  You’ll most likely wait until the new month rolls around, or the new year to try it back up again.  This is why diets don’t work and why 80% of those people tend to resort back to their old habits.  However, when you try to create a “consistent” routine, and end up having a rough day, it won’t deter you from your end goal. You acknowledge that it was a harder day than usual, pick yourself back up, and have a great next day. Why?  Because consistency is about progress, not perfection. When you focus on being consistent rather than perfect, you build resilience and a mindset that views setbacks as temporary - not as a signal to quit.  You’ll learn how to keep moving forward, even when things don’t go as planned. By accepting that there will be hard days, you continue focusing on the long-term goal instead.
