Building a Personal Brand as a Lawyer – Part 2! How to stay consistent with posting and managing content between your personal brand and your law firm’s Instagram. Here is what I aim to do: My Weekly Posting Goals: ✅ 3 posts/week on my personal page (for building connection and authenticity). ✅ 2 posts/week on my firm’s page (to highlight expertise and stay top of mind). What works for me may look different for you, and that’s okay! The goal is to create a rhythm that’s realistic and sustainable. Here are a few ways that I approach my content... 1️⃣ Monthly Planning Meetings – I meet with my strategist to review performance, brainstorm ideas, and set content themes. If you’re doing this solo, set time aside monthly to map things out. 2️⃣ 2-Week Content Blocks – I don’t plan too far ahead to keep things flexible and relevant. Shorter planning periods help me adapt to timely topics. 3️⃣ Content Capture on the Go – I use shared iPhone albums with my strategist to save B-roll and photos as they happen. Even without a team, keeping a folder of ideas keeps things organized. 4️⃣ Batch Filming Days – I set aside dedicated time each month to film reels and grab B-roll. During lighter weeks, I’ll spend an hour each Friday. When it’s busy, I batch 1-2 hours monthly. The key here is flexibility. Your content should work for you, not against you. Having backup ideas and batching content has been a game-changer for consistency without burnout. Stay tuned for Part 3! I’ll dive into how to keep your content authentic, whether you’re doing this solo or with a team. What helps you stay consistent with content? Drop your tips below. _________ #tipsforlawyers #personalbranding #brandstory #socialmediamarketingtips #lawfirmgrowth #womeninlaw #womenoflaw #lawyermotivation #legaljourney #femalelawyer #femalefounder
