My new go to for cooking chicken lately has been air fryer chicken thighs! I’m literally obsessed! It’s so easy and I’ve been using them in every recipe I need chicken for pretty much. 😂 So if you have an air fryer, try these out!! First I coat them in avocado or olive oil. Then I season them with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Just add however much you like of those… I tend to go heavy on the paprika 🤤 Then I air fry them in a single layer at 400°F for 14 minutes, flipping halfway through. Some of the thicker ones have needed another couple minutes, but I just ensure that they are cooked to 165°F. Then I set them on the cutting board and let them rest a couple minutes before chopping them up. I chop them however I need them for whatever recipe I’m using them in. So juicy and delicious!
