Here’s why: True failure (or even 1-3rep shy) means your muscles are too fatigued to repeat the same reps. For example, if you hit 12 reps on leg press in set 1, you should hit 9-11 in set 2. Logging your sets and reps is how you track progress and find what’s working.  If you do match reps consistently , odds are your first set wasn’t pushed hard enough or your Technique wasn’t locked in. 👉 Train with intention. 🤞🏽  #fitness #fatloss #legday
