Here’s how I converted my double into a mini! This is my go to hijab style all summer not so much fabric and it’s flung over my shoulder out of the way of my baby pulls at my scarf it stays on because the material is so thin and basically doesn’t move! This isn’t a modal hijab it’s actually a polyester crinkle scarf from Ali express which I ironed out flat weirdly it seems to sit very nicely almost as nice as my vela hijabs so I definitely made a bigger order in more colours! This is the best packing hack ever! before a baby I would pack a day outfit and an evening outfit for every single day! Since having a baby, baby stuff takes up so much luggage space it’s crazy so now I stick to really good basics like a long sleeve top and matching skirt and then switch out the skirt for jeans in the day time (or even a denim skirt) saves so much space and also takes less time to get ready too! Losing weight breastfeeding/pumping is way more technical then you think! It does take trial and error a lot of figuring out your maintainence and then your peak supply as well as how low your supply gets everytime you cut calories but doing it after 6 months means your baby is less likely to drop percentiles and you may also be able to wean him onto solids easier whilst losing weight at a slow and steady pace. 5 kilos in 6 months is slow but at the end of the day it meant I could feed my baby the best milk available and also feel happy within myself this does take a lot of work and a lot of planning with the added stress of motherhood you might not want to lose weight yet but if it’s important to you like it was to me then this is how I did it #summerbody #gettinginshape #pumping #breastfeeding
