They say this chest workout with the resistance bands supposed to tell if your bench form is off and if you’re not balanced on both sides. First time trying this but as you see my bench wasn’t off. I only had 275 on the bar, that was just for practice but it’s very important that your form is on point and your balanced on both sides so that you don’t cause any minor or major injuries. Use this on your next bench day and you’ll be able to tell if your bench is balanced.
