Of course not 🙂‍↔️ below I listed steps you can take to obtain this physique in the healthiest and shortest way possible: 1️⃣ Have a workout plan (too many times people come into the gym with no plan just vibes and no direction) 2️⃣ Dieting (make sure you’re hitting your calories and macros: protein, fats, and carbs) 3️⃣ Make sure you’re training hard (Clients experience best muscle growth when hitting an RPE between 8-10) 4️⃣ Hit each muscle preferably 2-3 times a week (proper programming will help with that) 5️⃣ Stop making excuses (People like to resort to coping mechanisms such as I have bad genetics or “that physique isn’t obtainable naturally”) 6️⃣ Consistency (the biggest obstacle people have is making it to the gym. If you hold yourself accountable and go when you don’t want to, the gains will come) I can help you achieve your physique goals with 1-on-1 coaching which will provide a dieting guide, a workout plan, 1-on-1 calls, and weekly check ins to hold you accountable.
