Of course not 🙂↔️ below I listed steps you can take to obtain this physique in the healthiest and shortest way possible: 1️⃣ Have a workout plan (too many times people come into the gym with no plan just vibes and no direction) 2️⃣ Dieting (make sure you’re hitting your calories and macros: protein, fats, and carbs) 3️⃣ Make sure you’re training hard (Clients experience best muscle growth when hitting an RPE between 8-10) 4️⃣ Hit each muscle preferably 2-3 times a week (proper programming will help with that) 5️⃣ Stop making excuses (People like to resort to coping mechanisms such as I have bad genetics or “that physique isn’t obtainable naturally”) 6️⃣ Consistency (the biggest obstacle people have is making it to the gym.
