What if your intention to start this year was to look at your anxiety from a new perspective? 👉🏼The perspective shift: it’s NOT yours to keep. (And this can apply to any of your symptoms.) Anxiety can be a result of conditioned nervous system patterns. But you are GREATER than your brain’s conditioned response to fear! 🚨Living through political and social unrest is a traumatic event.⁣ Traumatic events are memorized by our autonomic nervous system, keeping us stuck in a state of fight, flight, or freeze.
