The #1 reason you’re not losing weight… and how to fix it! My client Alex was stuck at a plateau for MONTHS.  He was training intensely 6 days a week. Even going as far as running 1-2 miles before his workouts.  Despite all that, he wasn’t seeing his efforts reflected on the scale.  Although he was consistent, months went by and he was losing and regaining the same 5-10 lbs.  However once he joined the Tank Fitness Fat Loss Forever program, he was able to drop 35 lbs in 3 months!  😱😱  How? Rather than having him overtrain working out 6x a week, I actually had Alex workout LESS! He went from doing cardio daily and training 6x a week to Doing cardio once a week and training 3x a week.  Suddenly he was able to make more progress in 3 months than he had in over 6 months prior… Why? Less training meant more and better recovery, better sleep, improved nutritional habits and best of all less stress.  When it comes to fat loss, less isn’t always more.
