Brioche Chocolate Filled Donuts 1/2 cup warm milk 2 tablespoons sugar 1 tablespoon yeast 2 eggs 1/3 cup butter 2 1/2 cup flour 1 teaspoons vanilla In a bowl add the yeast, sugar and warm milk mix and set aside for 10 minutes. Then in add the eggs, vanilla, butter, and flour mix for 7-8 minutes until the dough looks smooth. Make it into a dough ball put it back into the bowl, cover it and let it rise for 1-1/2 hours. Look at your dose see if it rise double in size that’s perfect. Put flour on top of your surface. Roll out the door about a 1/2-1 inch thick. If you don’t have a certain mold, you can always use a cup to create a circle put the dough on top of a parchment paper. Finish up the entire dough cover it and let it rise for 30 minutes. Heat up some oil you can use corn or vegetable oil on a medium heat when the oil is ready go ahead and just take the donut off the parchment paper. Put them into the oil and watch for them. Browning up on one side, flip them over to the other side if you like them light brown take them off if you would like them darker leave them on and keep flipping them. When you take them off this part is optional. You can dip them into cinnamon and sugar as they are hot. Then you can fill them up with some of the chocolate frosting after they cooled down. Chocolate filling 1/2 butter room temp 1 cup powdered sugar 1/4 cup cocoa 2 tablespoon hot water or milk In a bowl add at all these ingredients together until the chocolate looks like a frosting.
