creamy ricotta chicken and orzo bake 🤍  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grease a baking dish. 2. Add 2 cups cooked chicken, 1 cup mushrooms, 1 cup spinach, and 1 cup mozzarella cheese. Mix until all ingredients are dispersed.  3. Add 1.5 cups uncooked orzo and gently mix. 4. Pour 2 cups chicken broth and 1 cup water over ingredients, then add 3/4 cup ricotta cheese. Mix to combine.  5. Add in seasonings and squeeze in juice of lemon. Stir well. 6. Bake for 30 minutes then remove from oven to top with additional mozzarella. 7. Dump-and-Bake Chicken Broccoli & Rice Casserole 🥦🧀 Dinner doesn’t get easier (or tastier) than this creamy, cheesy, one-dish casserole! Perfect for busy weeknights, this crowd-pleaser is packed with chicken, broccoli, and rice—all baked together for ultimate comfort food vibes. Ingredients: • 2 cups uncooked rice • 1 can cream of chicken soup • 1 can cheddar cheese soup • 2 cups chicken broth or water • 2 cups broccoli florets • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken • 1-2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese Instructions: 1️⃣ Dump 2 cups of uncooked rice, cream of chicken soup, and cheddar cheese soup into a 9x13 casserole dish. Add 2 cups of chicken broth and stir until combined. 2️⃣ Mix in 2 cups of cooked broccoli florets and 2 cups of shredded chicken. Dump & Bake Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo… another weeknight dinner that takes about 5-7 minutes of prep time and is absolutely delicious. Doesn’t get much easier than this! 1lb raw chicken tenderloin, diced and seasoned with 1tsp ea/ salt, pepper, garlic powder and oregano 1/2lb uncooked pasta (rigatoni, mezza rigatoni, penne, etc) 1/4 cup all purple flour 1.5 cup warm chicken broth (microwave 30 seconds) 1 cup warm milk (microwave 30 seconds) 1 cup warm heavy cream (microwave 30 seconds) 3 garlic cloves, minced 2tbsp butter, cubed 1.5 cups broccoli, florets 1 handful of spinach 2 cups + 1/2 cup (divided) parmesan cheese, grated 1 cup + 1/2 cup (divided) mozzarella cheese, grated 	1.	Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. 	2.	Dice and season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder and oregano. 	3.	Pour uncooked pasta into greased baking dish. Sprinkle flour across the pasta evenly. Pour in warmed milk, warmed heavy cream, hot chicken broth and garlic. Stir well. 	4.	Add butter then spread diced chicken over the top. Add broccoli and spinach.  	5.	Cover with foil and bake for about 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, uncover, stir, add both cheeses and stir again. Top with 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese and 1/2 cup parmesan cheese. Cook for another 15-20 minutes until top is golden and sauce thickens a bit.  	6.	If desired, broil for 1-2 minutes at the end. Let stand for 5-10 minutes before serving.
