They are rich , fudgy, and packed with protein 🤎🍫 Ingredients 3/4 cup almond flour 1/2 cup cacao powder 1/3 cup almond or cashew butter 1/4 cup chocolate protein powder 1/4 cup maple syrup 2 tbsp melted coconut oil 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 tsp salt 1-2 tbsp milk if needed Chocolate Ganache 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips or chopped chocolate 1/4 cup canned full-fat coconut milk 1/2 tsp vanilla extract pinch of sea salt Instructions Line and 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper. In a large bowl, mix almond flour, cacao powder, protein powder, and sea salt. Add the nut butter, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until a thick dough forms. Press the dough evenly into the prepared pan. Chill in the fridge while making the ganache. Heat the coconut milk in a small saucepan or microwave until warm (not boiling). Pour over the chocolate chips and let sit for 2-3 minutes. Stir until smooth. Add vanilla extract and sea salt for extra flavor. Pour the ganache over the brownie base, spreading it evenly. chocolate overload brownies Ingredients: - 1 + 1/4 cups sugar  - 3/4 cup all purpose flour  - 2/3 cup cocoa powder, sifted if lumpy - 1/2 cup powdered sugar, sifted if lumpy - 1/2 cup chocolate chips  - 3/4 teaspoons salt  - 2 eggs  - 1/2 cup any neutral oil or olive oil  - 2 tablespoons water - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract  Method:  1. Lightly spray an 8x8 pan with Pam. Or line with parchment paper. Heat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.  2. In a bowl mix the sugar, flour, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and salt. Sift this.  3. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, oil, water, and vanilla. 4. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet. Then add the chocolate chips and fold until just combined. 5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth around. Top with some extra chocolate if you like.  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with only a few crumbs.  7. Remove from oven and let cool completely before cutting.
