My rule for myself is 4 to 5 exercises of lifting. And the last exercise of weighted marches. I start with 10 minutes of cardio and 30 to 45 minutes on the stairmaster since I’ve started the stairmaster challenge ! You’ll spray a little oil on a non stick pan Mix the egg, egg whites, spinach, nutritional yeast, and, cottage cheese in a bowl. Scramble with seasonings of your choice.
