CHICKEN TERIYAKI TACOS 🥒🍗🥕🫶🏼 recipe below! INGREDIENTS: - 1 pound of ground chicken - 1/2 cup gf teriyaki sauce (I’m using @nutiva) - Tortillas (I’m using @Siete Foods) - 2 Persian cucumbers - 2-3 tbsps mayo - 1/4-1/2 tsp sriracha TOPPINGS: - shredded carrots - jalapeño (thinly sliced) - green onion (roughly chopped) - sesame seeds INSTRUCTIONS: - in a skillet over medium heat, add a splash of avocado oil and one pound of ground chicken. break it up til it’s brown you know the drill. - While we wait for that to brown, prep your toppings. Slice your cucumbers into 1/4 inch thick pieces. Add to a bowl with 2 tbsps mayo, 1/2-1/4 tsp sriracha. Mix until well combined. Set aside til serving. Thinly slice your jalapeño, lay out your shredded carrots for easy assembly, roughly chop green onions. - Once chicken is fully cooked, add in 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce to the pan. Mix until fully coated. Lower the heat just slightly and allow sauce to thicken 2-3 minutes. - While we wait on the sauce to thicken, I popped my tortillas in the oven for a couple minutes to warm them up. - Then it’s time to plate! Add your teriyaki ground chicken, your cucumber mayo mixture, and the rest of your toppings! Lastly I added some sesame seeds! Then enjoy!!! 🤭 so so yummy and easy!! @H-E-B @Caraway Home
