BEST split I’ve ever done and I’ve tried all of them 😂😂💯 I’m telling you now by doing a regular push pool leg split again you still will see great progress but in order to really grow your arms by switching biceps and putting it with Chester and shoulders and then switching pool day and putting it with triceps and back you’re able to prioritize your arms a lot better and it won’t even directly affect Chester shoulders and then back whenever you go to do those second and your workout !! And I’m really only making this video because again my first 2 to 3 years of me lifting I did push pull legs and I’ve always wanted a big arms and I’ve always wondered why they weren’t growing as much and that’s because they were so fatigued from doing Chester shoulders first or doing back first and then leaving our volume last they never got prioritized that much energy devoted to them !!
