Season your chicken thighs with garlic salt, garlic powder, pepper, and Italian seasoning and then add in about 2 tablespoons of garlic. You’re going to love this stuffed bell pepper recipe! Ingredients: 3 large bell peppers 1 pound of ground beef Half of a small white onion 1 bag of rice cauliflower 2 tablespoons of minced garlic 1 cup of mozzarella cheese 2 cups of low carb crushed tomatoes Seasonings: Tony’s Creole seasoning Onion powder Garlic powder Pepper directions: Start by cutting off the tops of your bell peppers, and then removing the core and the seeds  to make your filling add 2 tablespoons of avocado oil to your skillet and then add in your onion and minced garlic and let that cook down a bit After about 2 to 3 minutes add in your rice cauliflower that you have microwaved for about three minutes and you’re a pound of ground beef and then season everything with the seasonings listed above Once everything is cooked, add in your crushed tomatoes and let everything come to a nice boil And then reduce the heat to low until it thickens up Add your filling to your bell peppers and air fry at 385 for 10 minutes  Top with mozzarella cheese and air fry for 2 more minutes Let rest & Enjoy! #stuffedbellpeppers #stuffedpeppers #EasyRecipe #ketorecipes #lowcarbrecipes #easydinner #ketodiet #ketomeals #lowcarbmeals

Pre-Heat oven to 400 degrees. 2. In an oven safe pan, pour in a little chicken broth. Season the broth with the Kinder’s, Lemon Pepper and Blackened seasoning. Add in your thighs then season those aswell. 3. Cover then bake for 30-45 mins or until done. (OPTIONAL: Remove cover then broil for 10 mins to brown) 4. Grab a pot then add in your chopped bacon.
