GRWM: surgery day! 🩼 What we thought was going to be a knee scope for my torn meniscus ended up being different! I had not one, but TWO plica that needed to be removed. That’s where my pain and discomfort was coming from !🙉 Anyone else ever had a plica excision removal? How did it go?! 3 days post op knee surgery with Plica removal and menisectomy! At home therapy / exercises are something that you have to be disciplined to do in the recovery settings .. it’s uncomfortable…but that’s where healing happens ❤️🩹 What questions do you have?! 👇🏼 PS- still wearing TED hose, they are just in the wash right now.
