This gluten-free, dairy-free, low sugar cookie baked oatmeal is most viral recipe of the last 3 years and forever one of my personal faves 🍪🍪 Ingredients  1/2 cup oats  1/2 banana (the spottier the better!) 1 egg  1/4 cup milk of choice (I used almond milk) Pinch of salt  1/4 tsp baking soda  Chocolate chips  Optional - 1 tbsp sweeter (I like maple syrup or honey)  Directions  1) add all ingredients (except chocolate chips) to a blender and blend until fully combined  2) pour batter into a lightly greased oven-safe baking dish  3) top with chocolate chips  4) bake at 350F for 20-25 ish minutes. ❌⭕️VALENTINES LAVA MUG CAKE for 1 or to share with your hunny.  ❌1/2 c unsweetened apple sauce (I used a kid single serve) ⭕️1 egg (or flax egg) ❌dash of salt ⭕️1 T cacao or cocoa powder ❌3 T almond flour or 1 T coconut flour ⭕️2 T chocolate protein powder, I use The Peachie Spoon Protein ❌1/4 tsp baking powder ⭕️Square of dark chocolate or 1 T dark chips  In a sprayed large coffee mug or cereal bowl combine ingredients in order as listed. Stir well and microwave for 1 1/2 - 2 minutes. I stopped at min and opened the microwave door to let the batter go back down so it doesn’t over flow. Then did 30 more seconds. Just watch it. I like mine gooey and not overdone. The month that finds days gradually getting longer with a little more sunlight every day it’s also the month where we celebrate love and what better way to celebrate. Love them with a sweet treat. . A couple of things to keep in mind.. all of the ingredients in this recipe are plant based, you can use a traditional oven as well , you may just have to play around with the cooking times. This recipe was adapted from a recipe I saw on social media, but during the craziness of this weekend , I lost her page and cannot credit her.  🌱Single Serve Cinnamon roll(high protein)🌱 Ingredients: 1/3 cup self rising flour 1/3 cup plain greek yogurt  1 tablespoon butter , room temperature  1  teaspoon cinnamon 1 tablespoon date syrup  1 tablespoon cream cheese  1 tablespoon milk  1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 teaspoon super fine sugar In a small bowl, add the yogurt and flour and stir until well combined. Place the dough onto a lightly floured surface. Flatten the dough into a roughly rectangle shape. In another small bowl, whisk together the butter, cinnamon and date syrup In a separate bowl, stir together butter, sugar, and cinnamon. Place the mixture in the dough and spread it evenly . Cut the dough into 4 long strips. Roll each strip , attaching it to the prior roll until one giant roll is formed.  Place the roll into a lightly greased ramekin.
