🥩 Primal Queen New Year’s Series Recipe 2: Super fast & easy beef and cream cheese meatballs (aka Amy‘s carnivore popcorn)!🍿  We’re back with another Primal Queen recipe to help you stay fueled up with the good stuff and knock out all those goals in 2025! 🥊  Eating foods like ground beef have been a big part of my healing journey alongside Primal Queen, so here is another recipe featuring my favorite protein! I could sit and eat a whole plate of these, they’re amazing on their own or with dipping sauces like sugar-free barbecue sauce, or you could add them to riced cauliflower or other dishes throughout the week. Prepping your protein ahead of time is such a great move to stay on track and make life less stressful. Combine 1 pound ground beef, a good heavy shake of season salt, a spoon of brown sugar replacement, one egg and 2 ounces of cubed cream cheese. Mix well, roll into small balls and air fry at 380° about 10 minutes, gently flipping halfway through. 🥩 🐆 👑 Primal Queen New Year Success Guide: How to keep it primal at the drive-thru 🚙  Even though drive-thrus aren’t ideal, we all may need to run through one every once in awhile whether it’s what the kids want, we’re short on time, or in the car all day and forgot to pack food, it happens face palm… 🤦🏻‍♀️ So here’s what I do to keep it animal based, low-carb, and high protein (and as a bonus it’s actually very inexpensive)! 🙌🏼  At the country’s most popular fast food restaurant, you can order beef patties à la carte, whick is much cheaper than ordering cheeseburgers without the buns (because when you do that you are still paying for all of the bread and toppings but when you order a meat patty it’s about a dollar)! I order four meat patties, two with cheese, two without. They package them in little paper cups for me, I take them apart and slap them together so I’ve got two sandwiches with meat as the “bread” and cheese in the middle. This is a question I never thought I’d ask myself until I did a hormonal swan dive into the concrete last spring that caused me to blow up, feel miserable and tired even though I was doing everything right. I was tracking my macros, working out consistently, getting in my water & protein and avoiding sugar, but my mental and physical health and appearance were tanking and I was getting desperate. 👑🐆🏋🏻‍♀️ Primal Queen New Year Success Guide, Workout 1:  ⌛️ Hourglass upper body  In our last workout, we learned how to build a juicy booty and strong legs, now it’s time to build a firm, defined upper body, over time creating that sexy hourglass shape. Don’t be afraid to work your upper body ladies, it will actually make your waist look smaller and make you feel stronger, leaner, younger, and more like Wonder Woman every day. 🦸🏻‍♀️  Perform each exercise four sets, 10 reps each set, at a weight that is challenging to you but that you can maintain proper form throughout your entire set with. By rep 10 you should feel like you cannot do anymore, you want this to be challenging! The goal is to lift heavier and heavier weights doing the same exercises week after week, instead of doing tons of different ones or switching it up too often. Making easy to cook, single item foods that you can use in several different ways throughout the week will not only keep it exciting but also keeps you feeling fuller, staying on track, & getting in the right macros (since a lot of people do struggle to get enough protein). I love making: 🥩 ground beef patties (half with cheese/ half without so I can sandwich them together and make my little carnivore sanniea) 🥚 Hard boiled eggs to eat with vinegar or to make deviled eggs or egg salad 🍦 plain Greek yogurt to eat as is or with protein powder or flavored collagen stirred in 🐠 I absolutely love to make a simple smoked tuna dip with one pouch of smoked tuna, 3 T cream cheese and some smoked salt. I separate batches into containers to grab out throughout the week to eat with a fork, m hot sauce, onion & lemon (or with crunchy dippers like pork rinds or meat crisps). 👑 Primal Queen New Year’s Series: Workout 1: juicy booty🍑  This is one of my absolute favorite leg and glute workouts for a lifted, juicy, round booty,  defined legs that slayyy, and best of all, your clothes will look better and your confidence will skyrocket! 🚀  Do this lower body workout 2 to 3 times a week, giving a day or two in between sessions for those muscles to repsir & recover. Make sure to eat plenty of protein, and for accelerated results, make sure you are taking your Primal Queen female-focused beef organs and Goddess creatine bites (trust me, these 2 supps will take your results to the next level- work smarter not harder! ✨ Fpr these 5 exercises, pick a weight where you can do 10 reps with proper form/m-but by rep 10 you should feel like you can’t do anymore…you want this to be challenging! Every week  try to bump your weight up 5 pounds. If you can’t that’s OK but you should be aiming to (this is called progressive overload and you’ll need to practice this if you want to see noticeable results)! if you’d like me to talk about this more just let me know! Barbell Deadlifts:  take a slightly wider stance, turn toes out, keep spine neutral and push through heels and glutes to the top.  2. Dumbell Deficit Split Squats: place your front foot flat on a plate, the back toe is there as a kickstand; all of your weight will be in the front heel. Hinge hips to lower and push through heel & glute to the top.  3. Smith Machine Hip Thrusts: I like to rotate the Smith machine with barbells for my hip thrusts because I get a different angle. My Smith machine does not go all the way to the ground so I  raise myself up with boxes. Usually you can just pull a bench up to the machine and do your hip thrusts. placing the bar across the bend of your hips, the bench or box behind you should sit at your shoulder blades. Push through glutes and heels, squeeze and lock out at the top for a second. 4. Cable Kickbacks: I love doing these after hip thrusts as they really accentuate that burn and activate those muscles. Secure  straps above ankles. Lean slightly forward and squeeze your glute only to lift your leg behind you.  5. Single Leg Machine Extensions: isolating the legs once in a while gets you such a great workout! Keep your booty and lower back glued to the pads, squeeze your quad to raise the bar to the top, careful not to squeeze or strain your knee.  We would love to see you try this workout. You might, but who knows? 😆 When you track macros, you can see where you might be going overboard or where you may need more, it just gives you a very clear picture of what’s going on with your nutrition. I’ve actually tracked macros for the better part of 10 years, and I did see success with it, but with the Primal Queen supplements, my body completely changed in record time!
