The meals will last about 5 maybe 6 days depending on different situations that week. I know this may not be for everyone. This is just what works for me. HIGH PROTEIN / LOW CAL TERIYAKI BOWL recipe & macros for my bowl ⬇️ (GLUTEN FREE) Lotsss of easy, quick, and high protein recipes comin your way!!! I honestly cook really simple and I feel like that’s the best way to stay consistent.  Ingredients for my bowl:  •boneless / skinless chicken breasts •broccoli  •jasmine rice (get the microwaveable packs from TJ or sprouts)  •cauliflower rice  •teriyaki sauce (I love the honey primal kitchen one) •sesame seeds •avocado oil spray  Instructions:  •preheat your oven to 410 & roast broccoli for 20-25 min  •cut up your chicken into cubes •throw cubed chicken in a bowl & season with salt, pepper, onion powder, & garlic powder •spray a pan w/ avocado oil spray & cook chicken over medium heat until cooked through (about 10ish min)  •throw jasmine rice in microwave for 3 min & heat up your cauliflower rice on the stove until warmed  •assemble your bowl!!!
