INGREDIENTS: - 1 red onion (thinly sliced) - 1 cup apple cider vinegar - 1/2 cup white wine vinegar - 1-2 tbsps maple syrup - 1 tsp sea salt - 1 shake of allspice - 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes INSTRUCTIONS: - in a skillet over medium heat, add your ACV, white wine vinegar, maple syrup and sea salt. Mix until well combined. Bring the mixture to a steady simmer, then remove from heat. - Once removed from heat, add your shake of allspice and red pepper flakes. Mix. Then add in your thinly sliced red onion. Mix until everything is well coated. Let everything sit and soak until mixture is cool. ~15-25 minutes. - Then place in a jar and pop in the fridge!
