Hey loves! Want to learn how to Cat-Cow Pose (Marjaryasana-Bitilasana)? I made a tutorial for you!  	1.	Start in Tabletop Position: 	•	Place your hands directly under your shoulders and your knees under your hips. 	•	Spread your fingers wide and press into your palms. 	•	Keep your spine neutral and gaze at the floor. 	2.	Cow Pose (Inhale): 	•	Drop your belly toward the mat while lifting your chest and tailbone. 	•	Roll your shoulders back and look slightly up (don’t strain your neck). 	•	Engage your core slightly to support your lower back. 	3.	Cat Pose (Exhale): 	•	Tuck your chin to your chest and round your back toward the ceiling. 	•	Press through your hands, spreading your shoulder blades apart. 	•	Tuck your tailbone under. 	4.	Flow Between the Two: 	•	Move slowly with your breath—inhale into Cow, exhale into Cat. 	•	Repeat for 5-10 rounds or as needed, focusing on syncing your breath with your movement.
