Sharing one of my favorite creations of 2024 while I battle being sick for another day or so…. The Smoked Smashburger! __________ I was in the mood for my weekly smash burger… but wanted to try something different! I already had the @recteq_official DualFire going and figured why not see if this works! Start by form 3-4 oz balls for your smash Pattie’s, and get them on the smoker for 25-30 minutes at 180-200°F. If your smoker can do 180, I’d let this smoke for 35-40 mins! Then we can fire up the @recteq SmokeStone and smash these babies down! I seasoned them with a seasoned salt before flipping to show off that beautiful crust! Top these off with the superior cheese for a burger, American, and let them melt! And if you are against American cheese… try @New School Quality American 🧀 , you will absolutely change your mind! Then I put these all together in the simplest form! Just a toasted bun, mustard, white onion, and pickles! These were a hit, and the crust was next level! Try it out!
