Aspirating infant on Thickener? *I’ve done a video a longggg time ago on this but it’s been in the comments literally 10x over each video. I am hesitant with answering because I KNOW it’s a simple fix & solution for those who experience the same issues with their children. But we have NOT been instructed to do thickener & I have absolutely no knowledge or information on how & with her current condition with trying to narrow down exactly what we’re dealing with, me making the decision to have her on thickener seemed intimidating. Also again, my daughters issues were originally suspected from her enlarged adenoids, which got removed several months ago. And recovery time + just general life/sickness (her getting RSV shortly after adenoid removal) , switching pediatricians all together, we really didn’t think about her aspirating until it being a recent diagnosis.
