I was recently invited to check out Seoul Prime in Falls Church and had an AMAZING time. I had just finished work in NoVa and was starving so I ended up having the most lavish solo dinner, lol 😅 Here’s everything I got: ▪️Galbi-Jjim Risotto ($30): this was SO good. You guys gotta try this - it’s def one of the best risotto dishes I’ve had in a minute. Topped with super tender soy braised short rib + perilla leaf chimichurri and enoki mushroom 🍄 ▪️Seoul Prime Tour ($47pp): 2 person minimum to enjoy this curated tasting of 4 signature beef cuts - their dry aged ribeye, flat iron, hanging tender, and marinated beef galbi. This came with a bunch of banchan (Korean side dishes), soybean brisket stew (had a nice kick to it), scallion salad (LOVED this with the meat), and egg custard 🤤 ▪️Triple Cheese Corn ($11): had to do it for the gram. Theirs is topped with parm, cheddar and tajin, and comes out VERY cheesy. Have your cameras ready to video some epic pulls, lol. ▪️Ho-Tteok Croffle ($15): even if you are stuffed, you need to get this dessert. I loved this SO MUCH‼️It was Korean ho-tteok caramel in a pressed croissant served with vanilla ice cream and misugaru powder. Not too sweet and perfectly balanced. NGL, I had to exercise some serious self control not to finish the entire plate, lol. Additional Notes 📝 ▪️There’s a parking garage attached, and Seoul Prime validates parking ▪️They have a standout wine program with lots of options to choose from ▪️They also have some fun cocktails + non alcoholic drinks available ▪️They also own @honestgrill in Centreville, which is delicious as well if you’re ever in the area 🙂 A HUGE thanks to the team for hosting me! Highly recommend you guys check them out if you’re looking for amazing KBBQ in NoVa. 📍106 Founders Ave Falls Church, VA ⏰Dinner M-Su 4-10pm, Brunch on Saturdays & Sundays 11-3pm
